24-month Pro price guarantee.
The Pro subscription price visible on the day you sign up is the price you pay for the next 24 calendar months. No mid-term raises. No introductory-discount cliffs. No quiet annual indexation.
The terms in plain English
- For 24 calendar months from the date your Pro subscription begins, the monthly fee cannot increase, even if our public list price for new customers does.
- If you upgrade to Business mid-term, the new Business price applies from the upgrade date; the guarantee window does not extend.
- If you downgrade (Business → Pro), the guarantee resumes at the Pro list price in force on the downgrade date, with a fresh 24-month window starting then.
- The guarantee covers the per-seat subscription itself. Pass-through costs (SMS, voice, Stripe fees) are billed at cost and are not within the guarantee scope.
Why we’re publishing this
UK SMEs have been trained, by hosting providers, payment processors, and the broader SaaS market, to expect a 5-15% annual price bump that compounds invisibly. That conditioning is rational; most SaaS does exactly that.
We’re publishing this 24-month window because we’d rather earn the upgrade by making the product worth more than by relying on the friction of switching.
