Procurement Act 2023 Supplier Evidence & Connected-Person Review
Assemble dated Companies House filings, Gazette corporate insolvency notices, and connected-person officer records for supplier due diligence. Your authority retains the statutory exclusion decision under Schedule 6 and Schedule 7.
Evidence scope and statutory boundaries
- Schedule 7 separation: Corporate insolvency events (paragraph 5) and ceased-trading indicators (paragraph 6) are reported with source dates and notice codes. A winding-up petition is a record for review, not an automatic exclusion determination.
- Connected persons: Active director and PSC overlaps are separated from secretary-only appointments. Shared officers are presented as relationship evidence for authority review.
- Coverage transparency: Gazette corporate notice archive coverage begins in May 2024. Unchecked or unavailable registers are marked explicitly as unknown rather than cleared.
Public-sector pilot and annual packages
All public-sector prices exclude VAT. Purchase order (PO) and net-30 invoice terms are available after buyer verification.
