This policy explains how RecoupIQ uses cookies and similar browser technologies on the public website and web application. The exact technologies can change with a release, so the production configuration and consent record are the source of truth.

Essential technologies

Essential technologies support security, authentication, session management, checkout, fraud prevention, and the operation of the requested service. They may be used without optional analytics consent where they are strictly necessary for the service or requested action.

Authentication and payment providers may set their own browser technologies. Their roles, purposes, and terms must be checked in the relevant provider notices. We do not describe a provider as compliant merely because it is used by RecoupIQ.

Preference technologies

Preference technologies remember settings such as cookie choices or display preferences. Where a preference is not strictly necessary, it is controlled through the preference interface.

Analytics technologies

Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, Mixpanel, or another analytics service may be enabled where configured for the current release. Optional analytics is not initialised until the visitor gives analytics consent. The service may process pseudonymous identifiers and event data, so we do not promise that every analytics record is anonymous.

Withdrawing consent stops future optional initialisation where technically possible and updates the browser preference. It does not erase records already processed by a provider. Contact us for data-rights requests where applicable.

Marketing technologies

No marketing-cookie programme is described as active by default in this policy. If marketing tags or targeted advertising are introduced, we will update the notice, consent categories, and production controls before enabling them.
