Alexandru Emanuel Vasile
Alexandru is the founder of RecoupIQ Ltd, a UK-registered company (Company No. 16947526), and the sole developer behind the current platform. He combines deep expertise in secure financial systems with modern AI, holding the CII Certificate in Insurance (IF7 Insurance Products), bridging the gap between insurance systems and autonomous code.

Where we are today
The platform is currently built and operated by the founder, solo, in 14 months on UK regulatory data. Engineering and ML hires are budgeted into the SEIS round and will be made publicly once contracts are signed, not before. We’d rather state that plainly than overclaim.
