Alexandru is the founder of RecoupIQ LTD, a UK-registered company (Company No. 16947526), and the sole developer behind the current platform. He combines deep expertise in secure financial systems with modern AI, holding the CII Certificate in Insurance (IF7 Insurance Products), bridging the gap between insurance systems and autonomous code.
