Findings published, not buried. When an external auditor surfaces a methodology miss, a calibration drift, or a specific counterparty mis-flag, the finding lands here with the resolution attached. What goes in this log
- Methodology misses, a formula that produced systematically biased outputs, the version bump that fixed it, and the date.
- Calibration drift findings, when Brier / precision / recall on the live calibration table at /audit-our-numbers drifted past published thresholds, and what re-training cycle resolved it.
- Counterparty mis-flag corrections, anonymised; the specific company is referenced as
CRN-redactedbut the systematic class of error is stated openly. - "Won’t fix" findings, when we disagree with an auditor and explain why publicly, the position is logged with the same prominence as resolutions. We do not hide disagreement.
