NeuroPulse: command links that keep working when a link fails.
RecoupIQ is a software company. Our main product is company risk checks built on UK public records. NeuroPulse is our second line of work: software that keeps uncrewed aircraft, boats and remote sensors in contact over satellite, long-range radio and mobile links that are narrow, delayed and unreliable.
- Several links in one session. Commands go on every link at once, so losing one link does not stop control. Other data moves to a working link, and each change is logged.
- Commands that cannot be forged or replayed. Every message carries a tag made with the device’s key. Forged, replayed and out-of-date messages are refused.
- Fewer bytes on paid links. A low-traffic mode and compression reduce the data sent over satellite and narrowband links.
- A record of each command link. It logs delay, interruptions and availability, for operators and test reports.
Works with the open autopilots PX4 and ArduPilot through MAVLink 2. Runs on computers as small as a Raspberry Pi.
These results come from our laboratory: flight-control simulators, emulated links and a Raspberry Pi. NeuroPulse has not yet flown on a real aircraft or used a live satellite link, and it is not certified aviation equipment.
Our next step is a field test with a partner. We work with operators and device makers who want a measured result on their own links. Alex Vasile, Founder · alex.v@recoup-iq.tech
