Methodology and how to audit this report
Everything from this line on is methodology, not a finding about TH CONTRACTS LTD. It explains what this report is, what it is not, where every fact came from, and how you can verify any check yourself. The findings and the verdict are above. You can stop reading here.
What this report is, and is not
This is a structured classification of publicly-filed UK regulatory data, expressed as a stress band (LOW, MEDIUM, HIGH, or CRITICAL), with every contributing signal cited to its public source. Any recommendation on terms is informed judgement on that cited evidence, not personalised legal or financial advice, and not a regulated activity under the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000.
- Not credit underwriting. RecoupIQ is not authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority to make regulated lending decisions.
- Not an assertion of insolvency, fraud, or director wrongdoing. Every band and signal is a classification of documented public-record fact, an indicator to verify.
- Not real-time, and not a forecast. Each source has its own refresh cadence, so a signal can lag the event by hours or days, and past public-record patterns do not guarantee future behaviour.
Your right of reply, and our legal basis
If the company named believes any source-cited fact is materially inaccurate, write to contact@recoup-iq.tech with the citation and the correction. We investigate against the upstream source and either issue an updated report or confirm the citation, and we do not delete reports retroactively where the underlying public record stands. Under the Defamation Act 2013we rely on the truth defence (s2) for cited facts and the honest-opinion defence (s3) for band classifications. We process only lawfully-published UK regulatory data under legitimate interests, registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) ZC077511.
Confidential to you
We keep this confidential, and we do not talk about it: not who you looked up, not what we found, not to anyone. We do not sell or publish it, and we do not give the same report to anyone else. It was prepared only for you. Please keep it to yourself.

The complete source list with refresh cadence, the full statutory framework, and a plain-English method page for every individual check are published once and kept current as a standalone document, so each report stays short while the full audit trail is always one click away:
- Methodology and the five risk numbers: recoup-iq.tech/methodology
- A method page for every check we run: recoup-iq.tech/methodology/rules
- Glossary of specialist terms: recoup-iq.tech/methodology/glossary
